APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Temperature: 350°-375°F / 176°-190°C
Time: 12 seconds
Pressure: 20 lbs. on an automatic, air operated heat press. Light to medium pressure for most manual machines.
Preheat synthetics. Peel cold.
