LINE WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive: 1.0 pt.
• Negative: 1.0 pt or larger.

HALFTONE: 35 line (between 20% and 50%)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Smaller line weights can be achieved with Super Flex HP by "trapping" colors.
• Super Flex is backed by and adhesive bead that will only "stick" to the last color printed, therefore, in order for the entire design to adhere to a garmet the last color printed must back the entire design. There are three different ways to back Super Flex.
• 1. CLEAR BACKER: This is an additional color printed last which extends out 1/32 of an inch around the image leaving a clear border. NOTE: Using a clear backer is an additional color and needs to be quoted as such.
• 2. WHITE BACKER: This may or may not be an additional color, depending if white is the color of the original design. As with the clear backer, you will also have a white border that extends 1/32 of an inch around the image.
• 3. UNDERCUT: No undercut backer is available.
